I have been following the paleo diet myself for a few months now, and I make them paleo dinners. But i feel guilty taking away all the "kid food" that they actually enjoy. When I'm not cooking for the family its chef-boy-r-de, hot dogs and Mac n cheese. I think it's time to do a healthy overhaul in our house. I won't make them eat paleo with me, that would be too much for kids I think. But cutting out processed foods is long over due. Sorry kids, this is happening.
